<description>Hello, and thanks for linking to nowEurope!

We&#039;re a team of professionals in the Centrope region (Austria, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia) supported by an FP7 grant to facilitate technology transfer, and to launch an ICT cluster which supports innovation across borders throughout the region.

We do see a gap between the theories of cluster management and technology transfer - as promoted by the European Commission - and the implementation. The nowEurope blog helps us rally potential collaborators to join our effort. We also use the blog - among ourselves - to study and understand the practical issues involved in doing this.

Hope you find these discussions useful!
